Ndubuisi Kanu Park, Ikeja
A leafy green space in the heart of Ikeja, good for a slow walk, a coffee or a quiet catch up before or after a session nearby.
Johnson Jakande Tinubu Park, Alausa
An easy Ikeja hangout with wide lawns and shaded seating, popular with families on weekends and after work crowds on weekdays.
Kalakuta Museum, Ikeja
Fela Kuti's former home in Gbemisola Street, now a museum. A short, moving cultural stop for anyone curious about the man and Afrobeat.
Funsho Williams Park, Surulere
A calm community park tucked into Surulere. Easy to combine with lunch or a stroll around the neighbourhood before your evening plans.
Leisure Mall and Filmhouse Cinema, Surulere
The Mainland's own cinema and dining strip on Adeniran Ogunsanya Street. A dependable choice for a film, a bite and a bit of shopping in one trip.
Amala Spots on Adeniran Ogunsanya, Surulere
For the food-first crowd. A stretch of well-known amala joints serving proper Yoruba comfort food, ewedu, gbegiri and all the trimmings.
Epe Fish Market
A proper Mainland-only experience. Fresh catch from the lagoon, an early start rewarded with the best seafood pick of the day. Worth the drive.
